I.   The Town of Morehead City is soliciting Bids for the  following project:     

            Sidewalk  Construction Barbour Road (NCSR 1243)

            From  Ekklesia Drive (Private) to Mandy Lane

            Morehead  City, Carteret County, North Carolina

            WBS  Element:  3602.3.01, County: Carteret

Project plans and specifications are available for review  at the Town of Morehead City Public Works Department
during normal business  hours.  Bid packages can be obtained from  the Project Engineer upon submission of a $30.00
non-refundable plan fee.  Bid packages can be obtained from the Project  Engineer:

A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held Thursday, February  2, 2012 at 10:00 A.M., EST at the Train Depot,
1001 Arendell Street, Morehead  City, NC.  All bids are due by 10:00 a.m. EST, Tuesday, February 14,  2012 at 
the Train Depot, 1001 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC.  Bids will be publically opened at that time.

The Town of Morehead City reserves the right to reject any  and all bids.
